In a ceremony held at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Peru, Law School student Zeheyla Cano Noriega and Political Science graduate Rafael Tang Lu received the certificates of the Huayu 2025 Scholarship to study Mandarin Chinese in Taiwan for a period of 6 months.

While Zeheyla will study at the Chinese Language Center of the National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) in the southern city of Tainan, Rafael will study at the prestigious Mandarin Training Center (MTC) of the National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) located in the capital of Taiwan, Taipei.

They were 2 of the 4 winners of this scholarship after a rigorous selection process and with a high number of applicants this year, which demonstrates the excellent level of our students and the growing interest of Peruvians to learn more about this language that opens doors to better job opportunities and enriches them both in their professional and personal development.

Congratulations to both of them!
