Incoming Mobility

Financial Support for the Visit of French Specialists

PUCP, in collaboration with the French Embassy, offers funding to support the short-term visit of up to two French specialists per call. The aim is to foster academic excellence through high-level knowledge exchange in both undergraduate and graduate programs. Selected experts are expected to contribute through activities such as guest lectures, seminars, workshops, or conferences, and must engage in at least one activity directed at PUCP students.

The grant covers international airfare (round trip), accommodation, and daily allowances for a maximum of eight days. Activities must take place between October and July of the following year. The program also encourages collaborative research, joint teaching initiatives, and the development of double degrees or co-supervised doctoral programs with French institutions, as well as thesis advising for PUCP master’s and PhD students.

DARI Fund for Research Groups

The DARI Fund supports the internationalization of PUCP-accredited research groups (recognized by the DFI) by financing either the visit of an international expert to PUCP or the mobility of a PUCP faculty member to a foreign institution. This initiative aims to enhance the global reach and academic productivity of research groups, aligning with PUCP’s broader strategy to foster high-impact, globally connected scholarship.

The fund covers the primary logistical and academic costs associated with the activity. This includes round-trip airfare, travel insurance, accommodation, and a daily allowance (per diem). It also provides research-related support to the group and fosters international networking and collaboration through exchanges and joint initiatives.

Funded activities must have a maximum duration of eight days and must be carried out between September and August of the following academic year.

COIL Modules

COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) is an innovative teaching methodology that fosters intercultural competence and collaborative learning. It involves the co-design of a learning activity between a PUCP professor and an international colleague, allowing students from both universities to work together on a common objective or project.

If you are a faculty member at a foreign university and are interested in developing a COIL module with PUCP, or if you already collaborate with a PUCP professor, feel free to contact us. We will be glad to support the coordination of the module and its integration into the academic activities of both institutions.
